SpareKey Young Creative Photography Course Terms of Use
1. **Enrollment Confirmation:**
- Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment.
2. **Limited Spots:**
- The course has a maximum capacity of 14 spots per class. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. **Course Fees:**
- Course fees must be paid in full to secure enrollment. Early bird discounts are applicable only for registrations completed before the specified deadline.

4. **Refunds and Cancellations:**
- Refunds are available up to 7 days before the course start date, minus a 15% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made after 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.

5. **Course Materials:**
- All course materials, including interactive worksheets and resources, are provided electronically. These materials are for personal use and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.

6. **Attendance and Participation:**
- Regular attendance is expected. Missed classes will not be refunded. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in all activities and discussions.

7. **Bonus Workshop:**
- Any additional bonus workshops are subject to availability and scheduling. Details will be communicated in advance.

8. **Certificate of Young Photography Mastery:**
- A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who successfully finish the course. Certificates will be provided upon request after the course concludes.

9. **Photography Kit Responsibility:**
- Participants are responsible for the care and safekeeping of the provided starter camera and accessories. Any damage or loss may incur replacement costs.
10. **Course Modifications:**
- SpareKey Creative reserves the right to modify the course schedule, content, or instructors if necessary. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes.

- Participant information will be handled in accordance with the SpareKey Creative's privacy policy, available on the official website.
